Hello,
I've been using Live for over a decade now, and absolutely love it...it has become my "go to" software for almost everything I do musically...almost.
one feature that would make Live a much more viable option for composers would be to implement odd subdivisions of the grid (beyond triplets)...i.e. 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, etc.
composers have been using tuplets for centuries, and as more and more music is being written on and for computers, this would be a most welcome addition.
I'm aware of the "work around", whereby one turns off the grid, and uses the "stretch notes" feature to make their own tuplets, however, this doesn't work so well when exporting/importing midi files.
frankly, all other major DAW have this feature...I even have a metronome app on my iPhone that lets me divide the beat into any number I want. http://metronomicsapp.com/
hopefully this won't be too much trouble to implement in the near future.
thank you and be well
