improve the selection of effects/operator/impulse/ presets

When you only have two or three presets for each effect, and a dozen impulse kits, it is easy to manage, but when you start having a huge collection (and trackteam's tacklebox helps a lot for this), clicking on the little arrow and scrolling in the menu is not very ergonomic. Why not a keyboard shortcut to open the list of presets, and the possibility to navigate in the list with alphabetic and arrow keys ?)

When you click on the first preset in a list, you can use your qwerty keyboard's up/down arrows to scroll thru the presets. The preset list will stay active until you click away on something else.
