Live 9 EQ8 hi/low cut

Please provide x2, x3 versions of the low and high cut as well as x4 (which for many purposes I would find too steep).

Presumably only a couple of lines of code!

Cytomic didn't code all of EQ8, only the core algorithm, which is a 2 pole (12 db) linear SVF with all the regular shapes.
Multiple 2 pole filters are cascaded by Ableton to construct the higher order shapes.
