LOOK UPON THIS GREAT WORK!!!

http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/

Wtf? Seriously? We have a gorram forum for user requests? We might as well scrawl our feature requests on a bathroom stall for all the good it does. It isn't that the Abes don't care, but how can we expect them to prioritize our requests if they have to sift through pages and pages of requests and tally up which ones have more than 1 post? I mean, is there someone at Ableton keeping track of every feature request that comes through here?

Help us help you help us, Ableton. Set up something like Brainstorm where good ideas get voted up and you don't have to see the unpopular ones. Have someone give the users feedback on what Ableton has taken to the meeting table for discussion and what they would consider for compromise if a feature won't work out technically or financially. Give us a chance to show you what's really important to us and to take Live from great to perfect.

Yeah, why the frell couldn't they set up a UserVoice-based system? It's very easy to manage, and very easy for users to vote on features.

Yes, the simplicity of the "like/dislike" button works. It's easy for everyone to use and track. Every serious company should use a similar system. It doesn't get any easier then people telling a company exactly what they want, or being introduced to something new, and if we like it or not. I'm very surprised so many businesses don't do this. It's already been proven to work, over and over. I agree about the vote button too! haha I use them here.
