Clip editor: Inherit Arrangement insert marker position

Ideal behavior:
Clicking on a clip in the Arrangement View timeline should set the Clip Editor's insert marker position to match the Arrangment insert marker position in the clip's local timeline.

Without viewing multiple clips at once, this would make it much easier to keep the position straight in complex arrangements, such as orchestral/score projects.
