NRPN + Sysex is a must have for hardware synths.

it's actually a must have for any "serious" DAW.

Yes please.I'm having all sorts of problems with my Mopho keyboard because of this. I bought Live recently and am really surprised Ableton don't offer this support. I really don't want to have to buy Logic just to automate my Mopho

You can handle NRPN's in M4L. I created a DSI Tetra editor and it work pretty well:

Yeh I was looking at this as I just got my hands on a Tetra :), a great read, much appreciated!.

Are you planning to release the M4L Tetra editor at some point?

Me too, disappointed to find out I cannot fully automate my new Mopho keyboard, Live will record the data but seems to split it up so that values and parameters are not synced on playback causing a garbled response.

Me too. Pretty amazing you can get to version 9 without having understood why RPN/NRPN controllers are needed.
