Faster mouse scroll wheel in Browser

Now in Live 9.1 scrolling using mouse's scroll wheel works very badly.
Sometimes when you turn the wheel it scrolls a couple of times then stops.
Sometimes it doesn't scroll at all.

This is a big usability annoyance.
64bit Windows7.

I don't think it's the mouse, because lots of other SW handles scroll wheel just fine.
Like text editors or Firefox browser that I'm using to view this discussion forum.

Ya Live's browser scrolls slowly than the other window for me too. It only scrolls single row.

Same problem here, quite a big problem don'g you think? Slow mouse wheel scrolling problem in Ableton live browser (dropping some search terms for googlz).
