fix saturator HQ mode

like the eq8 did in live8 the saturator plugin still causes latency in HQ mode in live 9.
so when you use two chains in a track one with a saturator in HQ and one clean u will get phase problems..
seems like there is no latency compensation on chains..


ps: weid is that eq8 now in oversampling mode doesnt cause that issue.. whats the difference beetween HQ and Oversampling.. i always thought HQ mode means that the plugin is oversampling.

Sounds like they just never got around to it, and haven't unified the labeling for oversampling. Would be good to get this fixed if its a bug.
