how to boost several projects and concentrate evenly ?

Well please don't shit on your comments by saying "one project at a time" or "dude give more hours to them" and so on etc. How do you concentrate evenly on each and every project (5-7 of same genres) to get them all done on a particular week and not getting confused between some of them ... to me its like many sounds and experimentation are already going into my head which confuses me in some live project files & delays them and when taken any random project the pressure or the dead lines forces me to not to experiment but keep them simple and fast which i dont prefer to do... i dont mind if you tellme the trick of both experimenting and getting them done fast ...thankyou hope you understand what i am asking
