Don't know if this has been suggested before, but our live set includes about 80 tracks of midi instruments. We don't always use the sounds and at mixdown stage that leaves a great amount of unnecessary tracks that I have to scroll through to find those tracks that do have any recorded data or clips.
How about a feature with one click that allows you to show or hide any midi or audio track that does not contain recorded data? Would save a considerable amount of scrolling through tracks during mixdown and help group them together easier.
What do you think Ableton? How about it?
