More Infotext usability (project documentation)

I'd like to see a more advanced infotext-system. My ideas:

Color coding:
The infotext is displayed when you hover over the corresponding element. Since there is in most cases something help related in the infowindow it's easy to overlook project related info stuff. Even when I put it there myself I often tend to forget that its there. It would be really cool if user generated infotext would be some kind of color coded. That way it would pop out as the more valuable info it is.

Infotext browser:
It would be cool if we hat some place where all infotexts are collectet. That way one could build a pretty good accessable documentation to the project. The selected infotext should also higlight the related element in the live-set.

Info-Export:
A big help would be the possibility of exporting a list of all infotexts as well as all used vsts and samples. This feature would dramatically raise the probability of people getting there deserved credits for usage of their plugins or samples.
