Velocity editing shortcut - v + arrow up or down.

Pretty simple. Select the note, hold 'v' (or some other key) and press the arrow key up and down for incremental changes by 1.

Hold shift and 'v'for changes by 10.

Could be very useful.

Any way to change velocity in the MIDI editor using keys on the computer keyboard would be helpful!
