Velocity changes by drag up and down with the mouse

The Fxpansion Geist sequencer has similar function.

Drag Up/Down button near the velocity lines, where you can choose all the parameters added to channel. Something like automotation lines, but after choosing the parameter u can set each of the played notes while playing your midi clip dragging up and down with the mouse.

Unless I misunderstand you can do this now, at least with velocity. Select all notes you want and change one and the rest will follow along.
