Customizable Shortcut Keys

I want customizable shortcut keys for this:

- Toggle fold state of all groups.
- Toggle track height small/large
- Increase track height for all tracks
- Decrease track height for all tracks


Or, you could just implement vertical zoom and I'd be OK.
