Give 'Tension' and 'Electric' Midi Expression Aftertouch Etc

give Tension and Electric aftertouch and other midi expression capabalities like Sampler has

I've managed to finally make some really nice sounding MK suitcase sounds, and wurly, and the guitar sounds are good. Need more ability to express. Guess I could use a max device. but it would make sense to embed these into the instrument itself, if it saves cpu etc.

i just mean channel aftertouch
