Please team Ableton.. I've been using Ableton for film/video game scoring for almost 8 years. Standard MIDI export with tempo map is essential when collaborating with orchestrators/musicians/Pro Tools delivery. SMPTE Time stamped audio would also be very welcome!

I know the film music composer isn't the core base for Ableton, but it is so incredibly easy and useful when working with picture.

Seriously, this needs to happen. Please. Otherwise I'm going to give up scoring in Ableton and switch to Logic, and I really don't want to do that.

import and Export of Tempo maps would certainly be wonderful.

+1 It's the baseline if you want to send you tracks to mixers who use other DAWs. I'm astonished, considering this thread has now 2156 views. People are genuinely in need of help regarding that.

Yes please to exporting tempo map!

Ableton is one of those canny DAWs, setting the standard for things like beat/tempo/control elasticity, seems crazy not to be able to export tempo maps when so much of Ableton is about being creative not being limited and being able to manipulate and exchange ideas !
