Live 10: Clip view boxes/params should have fixed position

In Live 9's clip view, the clip/notes/envelopes boxes always stayed in the same place, regardless of piano roll height.

This has changed in Live 10 - both box headers and fields are now moving with the piano roll's height.

With Live 9's fixed position, I could just move the cursor out of habit, and I'd hit the right spot. I can no longer do this.

Examples include frequent tasks such as jumping between "Notes" and "Envelopes", and adjusting loop length. This is therefore a significant step back in usability for me.
