Please add a new notepad, one that remains visible all the time, and does not need the mouse to hover over a track title to be seen like the current "Edit Info Text".
This could be a separate device, one that you could add to a track, or perhaps it could be a feature added to the browser where it could be seen even when a track is not selected.
The current "Notes" for each track where you can "Edit Info Text" is not very useful.

Just thought of a good solution:
Add a way to pin a track's notes so that it always stayed in view.
Could be set up rather easily:
Right click a track's title, and under "Edit Info Text" there could be a "Pin Info Text" which pinned the notes to remain visible.
