freezing 16 bit

Post by warper » Mon Jun 18, 2018 10:47 am

Freezing a track creates allways a 32bit-audiofile. In live situation, with many files, this realy forces high harddisk performance. But, live, I don´t need 32bit soundfiles. So, for better computer performance I always have to convert this audiofiles with external application into 16 bit. Would be helpful to have an option in preferences like "freezing depth" to freezy directly into 16 bit.
