Video Help!

I there, I don't know where else to post this question. I have Ableton 10 Suite and using Windows. I can't for the life of me figure out how to access the video option. None of my mov. files are being recognised and the video windoe is greyed outin the view drop down menu.


I'm hoping someone here can help me. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or did I miss something to be about to access the video option??
