individual midi note modulations

it could be really powerful to have the possibility to edit many parameters for individual midi note like:

velocity (yeah already done)
transposition (-12, 12)
pan (-1.,1)
rest probability (0.,1.)
skip probability (0.,1.)
repeat (ratcheting) (1, 32)
variable length (1/32, 32)
variable delay (or modulated groove)
jump (next, previous or more) (-1, 1. covers clip length)
assignable extra modulations (filter, fx, etc)

…

and all parameters could be modulated (random, seq, lfo, etc).
cf Numerology, bitwig, etc

I know some of this features could be done within a midi rack + M4L but it doesn't work for just one note in a clip (ie if there is 2 C3 in the clip).
the only way seems to put this note on another track. not very convenient…

I tried to make a M4L device to manage it via CC but this time it doesn't work for chord (the entire chord is affected). it's only usable for "step".
And i make also another way with my fp.sequence plugin wich is an evoluted step sequencer.

Have you tried ether the LFO audio effect of the new melody sequencer ?
