Disable Plugins / Plugin Organiser - Feature Request

It would be amazing if you could specifically disable certain plugins on each startup. There are some which seem to take ages to scan that I don't use too often, but don't want to uninstall.

Another amazing feature would be to be able to arrange plugins in a specific way - like put all delays in one place etc.

You can disable the VST's scan at startup in the hidden options in the Option.txt file.

Oh really? Could you send a link with more details/instructions? It would be good if this was a more prominent feature though. I think that other DAWs have the option to do so within it.

sure,

you need to create a file called "Options.txt" and do the following:

In this video you can find also, the option to add all the parameters of every plugin to be automated instead of configuring each one in the "Configure" tab.

Best.

Awesome. Thanks for the help!

Still would be good for Ableton to have this directly within it. I’ve checked and Bitwog definitely already has the option. It means you can disable problematic plugins eg if they’ve not yet been updated for new OS etc.
