REQUEST: Ability to tap pads to preview a sample in browseer

This is a request for the Push 2 browser when browsing samples to load into Drum Racks.

It would also be nice if there was a "velocity sensitive" toggle, as if the vel -> volume knob on the sampler was at like 64.
