Select all option in audio I/O preferences

OK, so I have a lot of analogue gear, which means multiple interfaces, one of which is an MR18 which I also take out live. And very time I reconnect it in the studio I have to go and *individually* turn on all the I/O channels in audio preferences. It drives me nuts.
I appreciate that having frewer I/O channels is better for CPU but let's be honest it's been a while since that was a problem in any modern computer. Can we please have a select all option to turn on all the inputs at once without having to multiply click on them?
