Change Effcts without having to Turn off the previous Effect

I'm working on an Ableton project for a live performance. So here I want to use several effects on my Guitar. I have used Audio Effect Racks for this purpose and I have mapped the ON/Off button of the audio effects racks to a MIDI foot controller. So when I press the On button of the Effect 1, effect gets activated. But the problem is when I want to switch to the Effect 2, I have to press the ON/off button of the effect 1 again, to turn off the effect 1, and then press the effect 2 ON button.

My question is, Is there a way to Turn ON the Effect 1, and then when I Turn ON the effect 2,I don't have to turn off the effect 1 and instead it automatically switches off.

Hi, have you looked into the Chain Selector of a rack? Each effect could be assigned to a particular chain and then you could move between them making each live in turn.
