Set "Accent" default velocity value in Push 2

Set "Accent" default velocity value in Push 2

When "Accent" is enabled the default velocity value is currently set to 127. It would be great if the default velocity value would be adjustable via Push2 (for drum and melody mode).

This would be great! And I guess it's quite easy to implement. Let shift-accent set the fixed velocity value?
