I love using multiple arps and play with randomness, but lately I find it too limited or too random: I would like to narrow down to specific patterns I choose and play with these ones. Of course a midi clip could be seen as a pattern but I can't find a fast way to lay down clips and change them on the fly (for example with the classic rack's chain selector).
So I've came up with the idea of the implementation of a "MIDI clip rack" (I don't know if it is implementable into the MIDI Effect Rack).
Yeah, maybe it's a silly idea, but I would love to find a way to do that; maybe is there a MaxForLive device? Who knows...
