Resampling to bypass master fx

The way resampling is used - as seen on youtube and in some max4live stuff, - implies the effects on the master channel, as well as its volume faders should be bypassed. That might be made separate and named resampling raw.

would love this. I use resampling a lot but am also an avid user of master effects and filters for creative purposes.
