Drag sample from Win Explorer into sampler

Now I always have to add a folder, load the sample and remove the folder again after I've imported the sample. Why can't I just drag it from Explorer?
Or at least right-click in a sampler and get a "Load sample from disk"-option?

And why do samplers not have Play-buttons? It's the most basic thing ever ...
