Add shortcut for duplicate loop

Please.... Cmd+a and duplicate is not my favorite.
I know I can click on the loop bar and duplicate... But I'd like a dedicated loop diplomate button.
I'd also love too see better global features. Such as open instrument or effects with a shortcut know this can be done per track.... But I want a global function that lets me press (cmd+o) and that opens the instrument for the selected track.
