Three features I would like to have on macro controller knobs

I have been stymied several times this week for ideas that I wanted to create in instrument rack but couldn't seem to do it, so I wanted to suggest these features.

I would like to change the resolution on a macro knob so that I could, for example, have it shift octaves by using it to adjust the midi pitch device in increments of 12.

I would also like if you could have one knob be a multiplier for another. So if I have a controller being automated by a curve sweeping between a value of 0-5, I could adjust a second knob that could 2x that value to 0-10 or 10x that value to 0-50.

I would also like to have a knob that could just add or subtract from a control that it's assigned to, without taking it over completely. So say if I have a LFO that moving between -5 and +5 and I have it assigned to a synth filter. I could have the filter set at 50 and the LFO would modulate it between 45-55. I could then adjust the filter to 100 and the LFO would still be modulating it but now between 95-105.
