fx attached to clips

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been requested but it would be really wonderful to be able to attach an effect to a single clip instead of a whole track/column. It would be really useful for clips that need a little eq without it messing up the clips in a later scene. I'm constantly getting messed up by this, forgetting that I have a hefty eq on a track to fix a clip above.

As a workaround I have been rerecording the clip in another track (post fx) and replacing the clip with the new one. The bug with this is the fx delay issue and the new clip does not reloop with the same timing as the original.

As to user interface I think it'd be cool to put a plug icon or somesuch on the end of the clip and when you click on the clip the fx tab would be filled with the fx for that particular clip (but not brought to the fore if the clip settings tab is selected). If you click on the top of the track you would get the fx for the whole track/column.
