Note length plugg

Post by CopyRightJustice » Sun Nov 05, 2006 3:01 pm

Am I missing something or is the midi note length effect unable to alter the length reletivly to the original.
So to change the length I have to first sterilize all my unquantised note off's to a fixed "length"(1/8,1/16...) and only then I can change that length by percentage.
Mmmm doesn't seem right to have to loose the length dynamics, could we have an option to turn off length mode so the percentage change effects the original note length.

anyone agree

I would definitely like a relative mode in the Note Length effect. If you're still here though, maybe edit the thread subject so it's more obvious, surprised nobody else has posted about this since 2006...

+1. I use max to do that but it could be cool to have it for everyone.

By the way in my device, to generate a new note on at note off, the note on must be under or over a specified time treshold.
