VST Instruments

VST Instrument support!!!

Ok, I know this has been discussed before, but I didn't really care then :). But now I have Reaktor...now I care!!! Seriously folks, what harm could possibly come from having VST Instrument support? There's already VST plugin support. It's not like adding midi sequencing or anything, which would definitely dilute the coolness of Live. If you like Rewire, then how can you object to VSTi?

Truth be told, I know nothing about VSTi :), so maybe I'm unaware of the issues. But all I want to do is have the output of Reaktor be fed into Live while being synched up to midi.

neepawa, I'm right with you - if it's OK to add ReWire to Live, it should be OK to add VSTi too.
it would just take the whole thing to a different level if I could play instruments and record their output into Live!
