Is send text useful?

Does anyone find the sends section actually saying Sends all that useful? It looks like it wastes room for a scene with what I find to be rather obvious information. I would imagine if somebody doesn't know what it is, when they hover over it with the mouse the data in the overview box would be more than sufficient to describe what it is used for.
