I would like to see a preset system for 3rd party plugins integrated into the browser & live's library, much like for live's own devices, hot swap, drag & drop, etc.
Anyone?

Or midi/key mappable next/previous preset buttons on each device. I'm aware of program changes, but blaah.
In case I'm unclear, I mean something like the arrows next to the close button here:

The integration of AU presets on the Mac are quite nice in Live. accessed from the browser just like any other built in presets and effects... That is why I don't use the VST effects if I can help it. With AU effects/instruments, it creates a unified file system.

Yes, it would be great to have a system that worked the same for vst's, mac or pc.
