howd you do this without either mixing them or running them tthrough seperate instances of the same effect?

this would be a great feature for those that mix on external mixers.

I don't understand how this function would be different from either putting any fx you need on your master out bus... or if you were using an external mixing console using that to finalize the mix... I guess I don't understand the requested feature

I mean that I use 4 stereo outputs plugged into a mixing board. I'd like, as an exemple, to be able to put a compressor on each output, not only on the two first ones that are the master output.

cheers

Use send channels as group output channels (with the channels being sent ste to "sends only")?

If you use three sends and the master, you've got one send left...

But I can see that that may not be enough. Roll on Live 4.

ah...

so is the request to be able to place sends on each 'output' channel... ie on an imagine sound card "output 1 2" which is probably your master channel... but likewise sends on "output 3 4" and "output 5 6" for example...

and this is something else I have kinda grumbled about myself... it'd be kind of nice to have an fx that you could apply to your preview of loops, so you could have the output of the loop match what is on your master output fx... but I suppose it isn't 100% necessary.
