Make the Serato collaboration work with their video plugin

Serato figured out a reliable way to get a real DJ experience from 2 video streams, even when the source files are the heavily compressed kind that Live doesn't natively support and most VJ software can't handle (I use 3K h.264 video/320 AAC audio).

This is the reason I chose Serato after years of DJing in Live. I'd love to be able to use my old Live crates again, but not at the expense of giving up video.

I'm not asking for more channels or added functions, just keep what's in there already.
