where can I find more info on these. I found the respective section in the documentation but am having trouble understanding how to get them to respond. Mainly how to set an object. I am simply trying to send the "get get_major_version" message to get live to spit out its version but I am getting a message saying "no valid object set". I've tried sending a message "set live_app" to the live.object but that doesn't seem to do it. I know I must be missing something extremely simple here. someone kick me in the right direction

ok... it took me a while to understand how live.path fits in the mix... I think I got it
