Hello m4l forum...

I get an 'initialization error' :
"this software requires installation of device driver TPkd and a reboot before running.Please reboot or reinstall the software."
(windows7 x64 live 8.1b3)

btw I tried reinstalling both live and max

I´m not sure about this one but try
to download the 64bit driver from
www.paceap.com.

the 64 bit tpkd driver will be installed automatically in the next release.

You will find it in the installer folder for now, please install and reboot on 64 bit Windows systems.

hey Andrew thanks for the reply..

I don't mind installing separately
but I'm not understanding which installer folder I should be looking for?
the installer I got from C74 is an .msi file

yes but originally it was a zip, and if you expand all the 64 bit driver installer should be in it.

If not,please go to paceap.com and install the latest windows end user drivers

If I do 'New from Template' -> 'M4L.templates', max crashes.
Everytime.
MBP 2.8ghz, OS 10.5.8

thanks ... installed pace drivers and reinstalled max5 ...all is working !
