multi channel output

hi,

will plugout~ be extended to more then 2 audio channels in the near future? does anybody has some suggestions on how to handle multichannel instruments within max4life?

I'm aware of this object, send~ introduces a delay of one signal vector, that's not what I'am looking for. Thanks anyway.
