Solo a track (affect other tracks)

Post by Gravis » Sun Feb 07, 2010 4:15 pm

Hey guys, i tried searching and can't find what im looking and in my head this is a pretty simple thing so if someone can point me to the answer id appreciate it :)

I'm trying to solo a track using my Max Patch. Even the LOM says there are problems with this ...
Remark: when setting this property, the exclusive solo logic is bypassed, so you have to unsolo the other tracks yourself. [not in master track]
So im wondering who's done this? who's actually implemented the solo functionality into a max patch or a Javascript file?

I can solo/unsolo a track without a problem, but the other tracks are unaffected which is incredibly annoying, so a little help would be great!

Cheers
