MaxMsp as granular synthesis toolkit

Hi,

Can I use MaxMsp to work through the all the examples of Curtis Roads Microsound, or would I also need programs like Supercollider and Reaktor to try out all the stuff

The short answer is yes. Search maxobjects.com for Nathan Woleck's excellent Granular Synthesis Toolkit.

the mdegranular external is really useful and versatile. sometimes i found it a little unstable, but most of the times it works.
