Central location for M4L patches...?

Is there a central location for people to upload or link to M4L patches?

If not, would anyone be interested in using one if it were to be built? Something a bit like Sourceforge... Could be used to get recruits for joint projects and the like as well.

Actually on the roadmap section I have an item about "sourceforge" like features. Always something I wanted to do with the site.
