Quantization for pitch bend CC?

Post by towers of silence » Mon Dec 12, 2011 10:01 pm

This could be a really simple question, but I'm a Max n00b and I can't seem to come up with a good answer on my own-
I recently got an Eowave Ribbon that I've really been enjoying using with Live. However, when I use it to output pitch data it does so essentially as a pitch bender- it transmits note on/note off messages and pitch is sent as a MIDI CC. I'm wondering if it's possible to quantize that CC data so that it will stay within a certain (user defined) root & scale combination.
