Some of my mp3s in my dj set are at different volume levels!

I was playing around with my set today when I noticed that a few of my mp3s were at different volume levels. This makes mixing tracks very difficult. What can I do to be sure that all my volumes are at the same levels? Please help me out! Thanks in advance.

You can start by using Wavs and posting in the right forum ;-)
