Question on packaged Max4Live lessons with Live 8

I'm looking through the lessons that come packaged with Max4Live. There's a folder, within the library, called, "16-Parameter Randomizers Lessons". It contains text files. How do I access the lesson in that folder? The text files seem to include references to other files and other details that make it difficult to follow.
