controlling hardware M4L device link does nothing

In the video about controlling hardware from Push, there is a link to the device. The link does not work. Any idea where I can find this?
iMac, MacBook Pro, Live Suite, Reason, Logic Pro, Melodyne, FL Studio, iConnect Audio4+, Little Martin, ukelele, Greco gtrs, pedalboard, amps, mics .
