I've been working on this a few years ago, i can't remember how satisfying it was. I think S4racen made this in his modular series as well.
What would really have my interest is a patch to replicate follow actions within a clip. I mean, copy / paste clips on after the other, in the same clip, and then jump inside the clip accordingly to your settings. Main reason would be sparing session's space and slots.

It's called Follow, got an LE version for the price of a tweet or the Pro version is part of the Modular Series....
