Crossfader unreachable with M4L ??

Trying to get its id, it returns id 0... That would surprising.

This path works for me: 'live_set master_track mixer_device crossfader'.

Weird. I've been monitoring selected_parameter with a live.observer, it gives id 0 when i click it.

In fact, I've just checked that selected_parameter doesn't work in this case..bug?

That's just annoying because i can't "map" it with a MapButton routine.
